Evidence shows gentle gastroblogger is radical Islamist

It has emerged that the headscarved female university student who shared a number of recipes online for those on a budget has also disseminated Islamist views besides giving free cooking tips. No sooner had her name and identity been exposed that she deleted her account on social media.

WORLD SEPTEMBER 15. 2020 16:34

The story of an Islamist female university student sharing recipes in a headscarf has enjoyed wide media coverage in France after  a journalist with one of the most renowned French daily, Le Figaro, began receiving death threats for posting  two words ( 11 September , with reference to the 9/11 terrorist attacks) under the young Muslim woman s video.

After her brief comment, journalist Judith Waintraub has become the target of scathing attacks with many accusing her of racism, and many taking her side. One person to come to her defence was former Charlie Hebdo columnist Zineb El Rhazoui, who revealed in a television show that that Imane, the headscarved chef and female university student, is an enthusiastic Islam activist who sends clandestine parcels to young girls containing a copy of the Quran and a prayer rug, along with a headscarf. She even gives them practical advice on how to keep the delivery a secret from their parents.

Imane Boune had more than 29 thousand Twitter followers and although she deleted her account immediately after the scandal erupted, many had taken screenshots or saved her previous posts. She earlier commented that her parents were fighting for the liberation of Algeria and thanks to them she had become extremely determined, ready to fight to the end for a cause close to her heart.

There is, however, more to the story. This June, Imane shared a post saying „those (who) Macron calls separatists and communitarians are us,” and made no secret of supporting those who fought for the cause of Adama Traore.

The weekly Valeurs actuelles newspaper also found that the young girl was an avid follower of the @firdawss site promoting strict Islamist ideologies, so much so that she shared one of the site s post on May 9, 2020, about the eight rules that govern the wearing of headscarves. Many say this is unequivocal proof for the radicalisation of the Islamic student.

From the evidence above and the fact that she has rushed to delete her Twitter account, it is quite clear that Imane Boune, the young girl posing as an innocent gastroblogger, is an Islamist fanatic.
