PM Orban visits MOL oil company

Prime Minister Viktor Orban attended the MOL Group's board meeting on Thursday at the invitation of the Hungarian oil company's management, the PM’s press chief, Bertalan Havasi, told the Hungarian state news agency (MTI).

Prime Minister Viktor Orban, Energy Minister Csaba Lantos, Economic Development Minister Marton Nagy, Political Director Balazs Orban and Janos Nagy, the State Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office, were received and shown around the new headquarters at MOL Campus by MOL President and CEO Zsolt Hernadi.

At the board meeting also attended by the government delegation, the participants discussed MOL’s long-term business strategy, the economic and energy crisis caused by the war, the effects of Brussels’s sanctions, and Hungary’s energy security, the PM’s press chief said.
