Apparently, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and European People s Party Group Leader Manfred Weber have taken seriously German Chancellor Angela Merkel s earlier comments on the limitations of free speech. At least this is what their silence regarding the case of Hertha Berlin football club sacking its coach for his political opinion indicates.
