The video was filmed in Lyon and posted on Twitter by a member of a group called Generation Z, which supports Eric Zemmour. It is clearly audible in the video that both the baby’s father and mother request the man to extinguish his cigarette, but the young man becomes indignant and starts pounding his fellow passenger. Attempts to calm the assailant are in vain, only resulting in further aggression and mentions of Allah. Currently, the Actu17.fr news portal, which covered the incident, has no information about when the 40-second recording was made, and they do not know whether the assaulted man was injured or has filed a complaint against his violent attacker.
