George Soros, the Face of Neocolonialism and Neoimperialism, Seeks to Control by Undermining from Within
Today’s ideological polarisation and societal fractures cannot be understood without examining the international deep state. Recent trends reveal that the deep state refers to global manifestations, with influential individuals and organisations working to destabilise democratically elected governments through collusion with the media, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), charities, and opposition political actors.
The international deep state operates beyond traditional national borders and clearly impacts global stability. From the spread of wokeism to the normalisation of radical Islamist ideologies, coordination and synchronicity can be observed behind these phenomena. Behind these networks and organisations, coordinating and reinforcing these phenomena, figures like George Soros emerge, using his wealth and influence to manipulate politics and disrupt social harmony for ideological and financial gain.
GEORGE SOROS AND THE PROMOTION OF RADICAL ISLAM
Under the pretext of promoting global causes, such as refugee rights, gender equality, and combating Islamophobia, Soros has funded numerous organisations, some of which have, whether intentionally or not, ended up supporting groups with questionable objectives.
- Founded in 2003, the French NGO Collective Against Islamophobia in France (CCIF) reportedly promoted Islamist propaganda and extremist ideologies. The organisation was linked to the October 2020 beheading of French teacher Samuel Paty. CCIF leaders are suspected of having ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Reports have revealed that Soros’s Open Society Foundations provided nearly 1 million US dollars to the CCIF to „combat Islamophobia.”
- The European Network Against Racism (ENAR), co-founded and partly staffed by individuals allegedly connected to the Muslim Brotherhood, received more than 1 million US dollars in funding from Soros’s foundation.
- The Germany-based organisation INSAAN, led by Ibrahim El-Zayat—identified by German authorities as a member of the Muslim Brotherhood—also received funding from Soros in 2015.
These cases highlight a pattern where funding ostensibly aimed at combating discrimination and promoting integration ends up supporting groups with radical agendas.
HAMAS
The Palestinian issue has become central to this influence network, particularly in portraying Hamas—considered to be a terrorist organisation—as legitimate. Globalists often downplay or ignore the atrocities committed by Hamas, including the October 7 attacks and the taking of hostages, and instead portray Israel as the aggressor.
Universities around the world have become hotbeds of pro-Palestinian protests, many of which are reportedly funded and supported by Islamist organisations such as the Muslim Brotherhood and Iran.
- Soros has been linked to funding the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a US-based NGO with alleged ties to Hamas.
- Another organisation, Al Haq, headed by Shawan Jabarin—a known recruiter for the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP)—received nearly 2 million US dollars from Soros’s Open Society Foundations.
- Both Al Haq and Al Mezan, another beneficiary of Soros’s foundations, have been involved in supporting Hamas activities in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
The international deep state often operates under the rhetorical cover of noble causes such as democracy, human rights, and freedom of speech. This “virtue signalling” serves to deflect criticism and mask the underlying agenda of the individuals and organisations involved.
While Soros and his networks present themselves as champions of democracy, liberalism, and diversity, these forces are doing the exact opposite, using radical Islamic forces and terrorists to destabilise whom they don’t like and supporting extremist forces that border on uniformity, fascism, and terrorism,
as one study emphasized.
INDIA: A TARGET AND EXAMPLE OF SOROS’S INTERVENTION
According to Santishree Dhulipudi Pandit, an Indian academic and vice-chancellor of the Jawaharlal Nehru University, India has been one of the key targets of Soros’s network.
„Through intermediary NGOs, Soros finances Kashmiri separatists and India’s urban Naxals (Maoist groups opposing the Indian government) who work to protect Islamists in India,” said Dhulipudi Pandit.

The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), linked to the Muslim Brotherhood, received funding from Soros. The Canadian branch of ISNA then funnelled money to aid organisations supporting Kashmiri Muslims, specifically a Pakistan-based NGO known as Jamaat-e-Islami.
„Soros’s interventions in India’s democratic processes, including his open criticism of the country’s leadership, should serve as a wake-up call. Such actions reveal the extent to which these shadow organisations and agenda-driven megalomaniacs are willing to influence and destabilise nations,” the professor stated. She also highlighted ongoing efforts to spread negative narratives about elections in countries of the Global South, often under the pretext of „saving democracy.”
„George Soros, the ‘new’ face of neocolonialism and neoimperialism, seeks to control a state by destroying it from within,” concluded Dhulipudi Pandit.
