PM Orban finds "lost" press freedom
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has bought papers critical of his government at a news stand in Hungary. The caption on his video shared on social media says he has found Hungary's "lost" press freedom.
„I came because we, I mean Hungary, has been put on some list containing the enemies of press freedom. By some watchdog in George Soros’s network,” Viktor Orban told the newsagent.
„I thought I’d find a place to see what newspapers there are that criticise or insult the government, are then buy some,” Mr Orban said.
Hungary’s premier left with a bunch of government-critical papers, and the caption added to his Facebook video states that he has found the „lost” press freedom at the news stand.
