"Irritate them like mosquitoes!" – A left-wing organization conducts controversial training sessions
More than a thousand people attended a "training" session organized by a left-wing group, which taught them how to deal with officers from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). According to the Department of Homeland Security, this violent rhetoric has translated into actions: attacks on ICE officers have surged by over a thousand percent.
As is well known, during Donald Trump’s presidency, efforts against illegal immigration and drug trafficking intensified, with ICE officers conducting raids across the United States. These operations have sparked outrage in some circles, with many actively obstructing ICE’s work. Recently, a deadly shooting occurred during an Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation in Minneapolis, resulting in the death of Renee Nicol Good.
According to ICE, the woman refused to exit her vehicle when instructed and nearly struck an officer, who then fired at her, fatally wounding her.
The incident has ignited significant controversy, with many criticizing ICE’s actions. Kristi Noem, the Secretary of Homeland Security, stated that Good attempted to run over an officer with her vehicle, while also noting that the fatal shot could have been avoided.
Noem emphasized that ICE agents were carrying out a lawful enforcement operation at the time of the incident. She characterized the event as an act of domestic terrorism and remarked that there has been a rise in vehicle attacks against federal officials nationwide in recent weeks.
„This must come to an end,” she stressed. She attributed the shooting to increasingly aggressive rhetoric targeting federal officials.
Training to Intentionally Disrupt ICE Operations
Recently, a training session for anti-ICE activists was held in Minnesota. Sponsored by an organization called Monarca, the program trains „balanced legal observers” to monitor, report, and document the actions of Department of Homeland Security officers during operations. Participants, mostly middle-aged and elderly white activists, were instructed to attend protests equipped with gas masks, sunglasses, and power banks.
Speakers referred to ICE as a „police force promoting white supremacy” that operates „without oversight,” urging the gathered crowd to remain steadfast in their confrontations. Notably, 37-year-old Good, who was shot during a clash with an ICE agent, was a member of another leftist group, „ICE Watch.”

One speaker criticized „conservative men” and discussed the „misogynistic aims of the white man and the nationalist movement suffocating our nation.”
Another speaker, who described how aggressive „legal observers” can be, advised activists to „annoy ICE agents like mosquitoes,” as reported by the New York Post. Whistles were distributed during the training session.
The 12-page handbook given to participants explains how to use a whistle to alert others about ICE activities. A short whistle indicates that ICE is in the vicinity, while longer whistles signal that ICE is conducting an active operation. Activists were also instructed on how to communicate with the media.
According to the group’s website, they are conducting training sessions in other cities throughout the month, and due to high demand, they are expanding their operations.
In North Carolina, training sessions on how to confront ICE agents were held at a Methodist church in Charlotte. The course included situational exercises, such as a demonstration where a man restrained a woman while a group in brightly colored vests angrily blew their whistles and recorded the incident.

According to a CNN report, volunteers have devised a straightforward plan: they will sign up for shifts and receive instructions from a „patrol dispatcher team” in designated areas of Charlotte. Here, they will patrol and alert people if they detect ICE activity. They are advised to work in pairs, maintain a safe distance from agents, and never attempt to physically obstruct law enforcement.
Over a Thousand Percent Increase in Attacks
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) recently released new statistics regarding attacks on agents of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). According to the DHS statement, pro-immigration politicians have created an environment that encourages reckless attacks against law enforcement. The statistics reveal that:
Attacks on ICE officers have increased by over 1,300 percent, vehicle attacks by 3,200 percent, and threats of death have surged by more than 8,000 percent.
“The unprecedented rise in violence against law enforcement is a direct result of politicians and the media promoting a narrative that demonizes law enforcement and incites reckless attacks against them. Dangerous criminals—whether illegal immigrants or American citizens—are attacking law enforcement and using their vehicles as weapons,” stated Tricia McLaughlin, Deputy Secretary of State. She added that this will not deter the brave men and women of the Department of Homeland Security, who will continue to apprehend the worst offenders, illegal immigrants, and anyone who attacks law enforcement, ensuring they are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
The DHS also highlighted examples of violent rhetoric against law enforcement:
– Tim Walz, Governor of Minnesota, referred to ICE’s law enforcement efforts as the “Gestapo of modern times.”
– Jacob Frey, Mayor of Minneapolis, urged ICE to “get the hell out of Minneapolis.”
– Hakeem Jeffries, House Minority Leader, called on people to “fight in the streets” against President Trump’s agenda.
– Governor Pritzker claimed that the United States is “essentially” becoming Nazi Germany due to ICE’s efforts.
– Michelle Wu, Mayor of Boston, compared masked ICE agents to a neo-Nazi group.
– Representative Becca Balint likened ICE law enforcement officers to “self-sustainers” involved in “kidnapping.”
There were also examples of physical assaults:
– A pedophile and criminal illegal immigrant struck an ICE officer in the face with a metal coffee mug, causing a laceration that required 13 stitches.
– A group of at least ten violent individuals opened fire on ICE officers at the Prairieland detention center.
– A sniper indiscriminately fired at the Dallas ICE facility, killing two detainees and injuring a third.
– A violent group attacked agents from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) who had previously arrested rioters throwing stones at federal law enforcement vehicles at a marijuana facility.
A non-exhaustive list of road attacks includes:
– An illegal immigrant criminal and alleged Tren de Aragua gang member, Luis Jesus Acosta Gutierrez, caused a law enforcement vehicle to crash into a tree during a collision.
– ICE officers were targeted in two separate vehicle attacks during Operation Midway Blitz in the Chicago metropolitan area.
– An illegal immigrant struck an ICE officer with a vehicle, nearly running over him.
Kristi Noem, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), made a clear statement in the announcement:
“They will not stop or slow us down. ICE and our federal law enforcement partners will continue to enforce the law.”
