The LGB Alliance is an organisation that campaigns for the rights of lesbian, gay and bisexual people. The organisation, however, does not include transgender and so-called queer people, as they reject the new rule that anyone can change their biological sex at any time.

When the group was declared a charity in 2021, several outraged trans activist groups appealed the decision. Since then, the LGB Alliance has been subject to intense hatred from more radical LGBTQ activists, who consider the group to be transphobic. Trans activists have even used violence against the Alliance on more than one occasion, according to Norwegian news portal Document.

Recently, the rights group held a conference at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in central London, but the event descended into chaos after trans activists scattered cockroaches, mealworms and crickets around the room.

In posts on X, participants reported seeing seven young trans activists throwing two large bags of insects in the conference room.

Jamie Reed, who was scheduled to speak at the conference, wrote on X:

„Two minutes before I was due to speak on stage, a TRA [trans activist] threw a bag full of cockroaches and insects into the auditorium and ran out.

Please note that I will not be silenced. You can try anything to scare me into silence. It won’t work.”

The police have reportedly opened an investigation into the case.
