The trans person was sentenced to 25 years in prison after making pornographic content specialising in fetishes and taboos with her 7-year-old daughter. The perpetrator was placed in a prison for women despite the fact that he has fully intact male sexual organs.

Trans Marina Volz, a biological male identifying as a female, who used her own 7-year-old daughter to create child pornography content, was sentenced to 25 years in prison on charges of human trafficking, aggravated sexual assault, conspiracy and endangering the welfare of a child. During a search of the perpetrator’s home, police seized more than thirty electronic items, including computers, cameras and digital storage devices, containing evidence of child pornography and sexual abuse.

Volz and her three partners had run what was described as a “family-owned” transgender pornography production company. The investigation revealed that Volz and her accomplices had sexual intercourse with the child and filmed it. The videos show that they used neck collars, a cage located in the basement and sex toys when they „shot the scenes”.

Initially, Volz was placed in South Woods State Prison for men, but has recently been moved to the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women, where female inmates are aware that Volz still has fully intact male sexual organs. Trans, Ashley Romero was also handed 25 years in prison after she admitted to sexually abusing the 7-year-old child. Romero was sent to the same prison, listed as a female inmate despite being a biological male.

This was not the first case of a transgender person sexually abusing children. A 33-year-old trans-identified biological male, Diana Elizabeth Guevara, was recently arrested in a small town in Florida and is accused of sexually abusing several children. Over the course of several months, Guevara sent multiple nude photos and videos on social media to several children. Guevara is also accused of having sexual relations at her home with multiple children.

Eventually Guevara was arrested for illegal sexual activity with minors and four counts of lewd and lascivious battery, among other charges. Bail for the release of the transgender biological male was set at 47,000 dollars.
