The Pride March in Toronto, Canada, was interrupted by pro-Palestinian activists who sat blocking the street and chanting "Free, free Palestine, free, free, free, free Palestine".

The action prompted police to call off the rest of the parade. „Police officers are on the scene to facilitate the safe movement of people and vehicles/floats”. The street fair and stages were allowed to continue operating, but pro-Palestinian protesters managed to stop the march from proceeding.

„From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free”, they chanted the slogan proclaiming the abolition of Israel, while holding a banner that read „No pride in apartheid”.

„No pride in genocide,” they chanted.

The crowd of Pride Parade goers chanted along with the protesters and they all seemed to be in agreement, which made it hard to tell who was being protested,

The Post Millennial news portal writes.

A woman with purple hair and wearing a face mask and a keffiyeh on her shoulders screamed about the corporations and sponsors of the Pride parade, including Scotia Bank, TD Bank, Google and Amazon. The complaint was that they invest in Israeli companies.

„We are disgusted,” she screamed, demanding to know: „Why are we marching with the American Consulate?” The activist said America is complicit in aiding to „kill Palestinians with impunity.”

In a surreal turn, at one point a group of nudists wandered onto the scene, while the anti-Israel protesters were screaming „”There is only one solution, intifada revolution”.

The police decided to cancel the continuation of the parade.
