No entry, no deportation

An endless flood of migrants threatens the EU borders, yet at the expense of European citizens, Brussels lets in migrants who refuse to integrate, the Austrian Freedom Party says.

The current asylum rules in the EU urgently need an overhaul in view of the mass migration that is putting Europe under constant pressure, said Harald Vilimsky, an MEP of the Austrian Freedom Party (FPO), reacting to the disclosure that 1.13 million asylum applications were lodged in the EU in 2023.

What pro-immigration countries, mainly in the West, can expect is illustrated by the video below, showing how migrants disrespect European culture and people.

„Last year’s figure is the highest since the migration crisis erupted and is almost at the same level as in 2015. In the last nine years, around 7.7 million asylum applications have been submitted in the EU. This shows the huge dimension mass immigration can take due to the abuse of the right to asylum. It also shows that the EU is totally incapable of tackling the problem,”

the MEP of FPO pointed out.

As long as lax EU laws allow migrants to abuse the rules, millions of people will continue to arrive at EU borders every year, said Harald Vilimsky.

With its flawed asylum regulations, the EU gives up control at the expense of its citizens. Asylum for those coming from neighbouring EU countries should be strictly limited, and instead, alternatives must be provided in the given regions,

Vilimsky emphasized, pointing out that the EU migration pact only adds to the heap of problems, instead of seeking solutions.

„Contrary to what Brussels wants us to believe, the EU migration pact will bring no change. It absolutely fails to address the fundamental problem: the external borders are de facto open to anyone. Moreover, it remains totally unclear how people who have no right to protection can be deported. More than 80 per cent of the people who are ordered to leave the EU simply stay. The only people who needn’t be deported are those who are not allowed in in the first place,” Vilimsky said.
