The Soros empire is busy infiltrating Poland's justice ministry, but the US oligarch has also been making attempts to draw the country's jurisdiction and entire judiciary under its influence for years.

With the formation of Donald Tusk’s left-wing government, the empire of George Soros and the American oligarch have essentially taken over Poland. The lower house of parliament (Sejm) and the ministries are now densely populated with officials aligned with George Soros. Even the judiciary, where thy tycoon has made repeated attempts over the years, is now exposed to Soros’s network.

In a noteworthy incident from 2021, a prominent judge associated with George Soros declined to participate in the same trial panel with certain colleagues. For instance, Piotr Gąciarek refused to sit alongside Justice Stanisław Zdun in a prominent case, citing personal reasons. He expressed dissatisfaction with the system through which judges were appointed.

The bizarre provocation of Justice Gąciarek was addressed by Przemysław W. Radzik, one of the Supreme Court’s disciplinary ombudsmen, who initiated proceedings. The Disciplinary Chamber eventually suspended Justice Piotr Gąciarek, and that’s when Soros family sounded the alarm and launched an extensive attack on Poland. Backed by substantial support from George Soros’s foundation and the European Commission, the campaign was spearheaded by the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, which received no less than $3 million between 2015 and 2019 from the oligarch. The network consistently echoed the familiar mantra that Poland was in unprecedented breach of its international obligations.

The Helsinki Foundation issued a vehement statement, asserting that the Polish Bar Association lacked authority to adjudicate disciplinary cases against judges or members of other legal professions. Essentially, according to Soros, Poland cannot independently decide on disciplinary proceedings against Polish justices. His claim is based on references to the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights.

Even at that time, there were evident indications that George Soros and his network were actively working to conquer, i.e. assert their influence in, Poland. Presently, all the conditions are aligned for this influence to solidify, as Donald Tusk’s left-wing government appears maneuverable like a puppet by the Soros empire. The takeover of the country’s justice ministry seems to be already complete.

A cursory look at the new Justice Minister, Adam Bodnar, provides a clear link, as he coincidentally used to work for the Helsinki Foundation. His deputy, Zuzanna Rudzińska-Bluszcz, also hails from the same team, having begun her career at George Soros’ foundation and even undergoing a management training course funded by the US oligarch.

Another deputy state secretary, Maria Ejchart, also acquired an in-depth understanding of radical liberalism during her time at the Helsinki Foundation. She stands out as one of Adam Bodnar’s most loyal associates
