A Seattle secondary school student received a failing grade from a history teacher for responding that only women have the ability to conceive a child and that only men have penises. The student gave these answers on a quiz entitled ‘Understanding sexes and genders’. The test contained true/false type questions, as well as multiple-choice ones, reports the US news portal The Post Millennial.

The educator’s subject of expertise is teaching “Ethnic Studies World History” to 10th graders. Among the questions asked in the quiz were questions such as “When someone uses ‘they/them’ pronouns, what does that mean about their gender identity?,” and “True/false: Transgender people are gay”.

A true/false question on the quiz stated, “Only women can get pregnant.” After the student marked “true” for his response, the teacher penalized him and maintained that the correct answer was actually “false.”

In other words, the history teacher’s belief is that men can get pregnant.

A light was shined on this story after the student’s mother contacted the Jason Rantz Show on KTTH to vent her “frustration and anger” about the occurrence.

the child’s mother said, requesting anonymity for fear her son would face retribution.

Numerous teachers have allegedly called her son “f****d and racist,” and was was even told to not “use the term straight to identify as because it’s offensive”.

She also said that the school routinely permits teachers to force political beliefs in the classroom, and that in addition to their radicalism on gender ideology they also attack her son over the color of his skin.

Seattle Public Schools refused to apologize for this teacher’s behavior; a spokesperson for the school argued the quiz is “inclusive” and thus is appropriate for the Ethnic Studies course.

As The Post Millennial points out that for quite some time the Seattle Public Schools has been known for pushing leftist gender ideologies on its students.

In July, reports revealed that the district was offering free sex change services to students as young as 13 — all while hiding its actions from parents.

Diversity and inclusion have been a priority for Seattle Public Schools for years, while student achievement continues to decline. As previously reported by V4NA, the school district has spent more than $5 million on so-called Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including continuing education that analyzes racial equity and an after-school program designed specifically for black students, a budget draft for the 2022-23 academic year revealed. The budget allocated less than that, just over $4.5 million, for core academic subjects such as math, science, literature and grammar, and science funding would be cut by more than half a million dollars. The school district highlighted racial equity and the inclusion of students of color in school and extracurricular programs as the most crucial part of the budget.

The school district’s budget committee decided to prioritize DEI programs despite the fact that, according to surveys measuring academic results, students’ reading and math performance have decreased by 6 and 16 percentage points respectively since 2019.
