Short videos showing the US vice-president being ridiculed for her behaviour are spreading like wildfire on the internet.

The Vice President of the United States has become a meme on social media thanks to her odd, hysterical laugh and inept rhetoric. Someone has even made a video in which we can watch Kamala Harris laughing uproariously into the camera for more than a minute at various events.

Besides the interviews, the Vice-President is not known to mince her words about issues she takes seriously. During a joint press briefing with Polish President Andrzej Duda, Ms Harris laughed and responded in a joyous mood to a Polish journalist, who asked her about holding Russian leaders to account and the consequences of Washington’s regular violations of international law.

The meeting took place shortly after the outbreak of the Ukraine war, in March 2022, when more than 140,000 people crossed the Polish-Ukrainian border in 24 hours, seeking refuge from the ravages of war and the abuses of the warring sides against civilians.

In an earlier interview, the vice-president did not shy away from praising electric school buses and expressing her deep-felt love for them. She didn’t say why, but she went on for almost a minute praising a vehicle that’s been relatively unknown so far. She also shared a heart-warming story with her audience, in which she revealed that she used to go to school in a school bus every day.

However, the electric school bus program is unlikely to be one of the vice-president’s successful projects because, citing difficult market conditions, the company that manufactures these vehicles has recently filed for bankruptcy protection.

But Ms Harris is not just a fan of school buses. She is also a committed follower of Venn diagrams. This is evident from the fact that she brings them up whenever she can, even if they are not really relevant. Usually, when Ms Harris talks about this type of diagram, she draws circles with a cheeky smile around her face, basically demonstrating the shape of Venn diagrams.

However, Ms Harris also has the knack of putting herself in a awkward positions when she speaks, by repeating the words she just said in different ways, if she is confused.

The Vice-President, who often messes up her lines when delivering a speech, tends to start giggling and pointing around with her fingers.

On other occasions, corroborating earlier rumours that no one really knows who Ms Harris is, she was forced to introduce herself during a conciliation. In the video the Vice-President, who has been in office for over six months, said:
