Greta Thunberg to trademark her name and Fridays for Future
Climate activist Greta Thunberg’s family has applied to trademark her name and the Fridays For Future climate movement she started from scratch in 2018. While their official explanation is to make the financials of the movement more transparent, the move could also boost the family’s not insignificant wealth through the sale of brand products. Greta has submitted the application to the EU s Intellectual Property Office, EUIPO, through her mother’s foundation, the German Die Zeit learned.

Moroccan-born Imane Asry said the award meant that it was time to normalise the use of hijab in the fashion industry. Hungarian fashion brand to send 25 thousand euros to Sri Lanka
Nanushka has offered 25,000 euros to victims of the Easter atrocities in Sri Lanka. Szandra Sandor, the founder of the Hungarian brand and her business partner Peter Baldaszti were deeply shaken by the terrorist attacks in the country and will donate the 25,000 euros to help those affected.
