Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban posted a joint photo with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi on his social media account. Hungary's premier has travelled to Egypt on an official visit.

„In the era of perils, reliable partners become more valuable, that’s why we’ve come to Egypt,” Viktor Orban wrote, adding that

„Like Hungary, Egypt also stands on the side of peace and calls for the diplomatic settlement of the conflict. The more of us there are advocating this position, the higher the chances that the war will be brought to an end as soon as possible”.
