Educational videos on eunuch identity

A TikTok celebrity gender surgeon who advertises her services to vulnerable young people on social media has made a video promoting eunuch as a valid gender identity that may benefit from surgical intervention.

Dr Sidhbh Gallagher, the Miami-based gender surgeon explains in her video that „a eunuch is somebody who is assigned male at birth but may not be comfortable with the masculine features”. Ms Gallagher highlights that these individuals may also benefit from gender affirmation care, which could mean orchiectomy – the surgical removal of the testes – in some patients.

The surgeon classifies eunuchs as gender diverse individuals, and explains to her young viewers that there is an entire chapter devoted to people who identify as eunuch in the most recent standards of care released by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).

WPATH’s decision to include eunuch in its Standards of Care 8 was met with intense criticism. The chapter even goes so far as to claim that children can identify as eunuch.

There is a site where castration fetishists can share pictures and videos with each other.

„Eunuch Archives hosts over 3,000 pieces of fictional child pornography that detail the rape, torture, and killing of children. In some narratives, children with stunted puberty are raped by doctors. In others, children are castrated by force as part of a sadistic sexual torture ritual,” Reduxx reported.

Gender reassignment craze has become a lucrative business

The industry surrounding transgender surgeries is experiencing an unprecedented boom, expected to reach 5 billion US dollars by the end of the decade. According to a recent report from Grand View Research, the sector saw a 1.9 billion US dollar valuation last year and is forecast to expand at a compound annual growth rate of more than 11 per cent through 2030 as the outcome of the rising incidences of gender dysphoria and the increasing number of people opting for gender confirmation surgeries.

Daily Wire anchor Matt Walsh recently obtained footage of a doctor talking about how such surgeries bring in so much money for hospitals. Thoracic reconstruction surgery, which can be performed on minors, can fetch 40 000 dollars, and female-to-male genital surgery can fetch 100 000 dollars.

Many regret the decision later

Studies suggest that 90 per cent of people identifying as transgender but not encouraged to either a social or a medical gender swap do not call themselves transgender as adults and do not want to change their genders. Project Veritas has recently published a video in which medical professionals associated with the World Professional Association of Transgender Health talk about the fact that many young people who choose gender-affirming surgeries later regret their decision.

Dr. Daniel Metzger, a paediatric endocrinologist at the British Columbia Children’s Hospital, also expressed his concerns in this regard.

Metzger explained that Dutch researchers presented data about young adults who have transitioned and have reproductive regret, as they were castrated during the gender reassignment surgery and are unable to have children.

“It’s always a good theory to talk about fertility preservation with a 14-year-old but I know I’m talking to a blank wall,” Metzger continued. He highlighted the fact that most teens don’t think about those risks, and those who wish to go ahead with surgery anyways simply say “I’ll adopt,” without considering the costs and other limitations associated with that process.

Metzger lamented that many who opt for surgery as teens wish they hadn’t later in life. “I think now that I follow a lot of kids into their mid-twenties,” he explained, “I’m always like ‘Oh … the dog isn’t doing it for you, right?’ and they’re like, ‘No I just found this wonderful partner and now we want to have kids’.” It, however, is too late at that time, Dr Metzger added.
