Bomb attack targets right-wing politician s bakery
The explosive device was thrown at the bakery owned by the family of the right-wing opposition party s vice-president. This is not the first time the politician has been attacked this way, as his house was firebombed in 2017.
„Luckily there are no casualties and no one is hurt. This is the second time I ve been attacked, as my house was firebombed during the 2017 elections. The message, coming at the beginning of the campaign, is clear, However, I will not be deterred, and change is coming. Macedonia is my home and I will not give it up,” VMRO-DPMNE Vice President Vladimir Misajlovski said.
An explosive device was thrown at the bakery in the western part of Skopje at around 3 am in the morning. The damage is significant, not to mention that the main avenue, where the store is located, is a very busy place during the day, and even at nights, according to the Republika news portal.
North Macedonia will hold its parliamentary elections on 17 July.
