We are expecting difficult days and even one difficult week, but the hospital directors are prepared and determined, the Hungarian prime minister said after his discussions with regional hospital directors and the leaders of national health institutions.

„We have reached an angreement with the hospital directors on who needs to do what in the coming days and weeks to enable the healthcare system to withstand the pressure that will soon devolve on the shoulders of doctors, nurses and experts running the hospitals,” says PM Orban in his video uploaded to social media.

The Hungarian premier underlined that the hospital directors are not only prepared, but they are also fully determined and precisely aware of their personal and collective responsibilities.

„We have high hopes going into this upcoming, difficult next week,” Mr Orban added.
